How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business weeks. Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I customize a product for my chapter or line?
Yes! Many of our products are customizable. Reach out via email with your request and we'll let you know what's possible.

Do you offer bulk or chapter orders?
Absolutely. We love working with chapters for crossing gifts, probate season, and events. Email us with your quantity and timeline and we'll work something out.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Because most of our items are custom or personalized, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is a quality issue or error on our end, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
