**Photo Release Statement**


By placing an order with By Finer Design, you acknowledge and agree to the following photo release statement:


I, the undersigned customer, hereby grant By Finer Design and its representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use photographs or images ("Photos") taken during the fulfillment of my order. I understand that these Photos may be used for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes, including but not limited to promotional materials, website content, social media, and marketing campaigns.


I retain all ownership rights, including copyright, to the Photos. This release does not transfer any ownership rights to By Finer Design. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, financial or otherwise, in connection with the use of the Photos.


I release By Finer Design, its officers, employees, and authorized agents from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the Photos. I understand that this release is irrevocable and once granted, the permission to use the Photos cannot be revoked.


I acknowledge that By Finer Design will make reasonable efforts to protect my privacy and identity in using the Photos; however, I understand that complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.


By placing an order with By Finer Design, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this photo release statement.
